As an offshore innovation service platform sponsored by Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone Authority, Xi'an Inno officially established the Xi'an High-tech Zone (Japan) Innovation Center in 2018. It mainly serves various innovative enterprises, universities, research institutions, and technology service organizations from Xi'an and Japan with cooperation potential and intentions. 

It aims to promote comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in areas such as cross-border incubation, technology transfer, introduction of high-end talents, market access, and innovation activities and exchanges for potential projects and teams from both countries. 

It actively introduces Japanese technology for transfer and implementation while promoting the overseas development of Xi'an enterprises' capabilities in deep technology.
