The European Union Research and Innovation Center (ENRICH) is a non-profit organization under the European Commission, jointly initiated and established by well-known universities, research institutions, and large enterprise research systems from multiple EU member states. It aims to gather high-end technological innovation and R&D resources from EU members and conduct multidimensional R&D exchanges and cooperation with European and overseas markets. ENRICH European Innovation and Research Center can provide the following services:

1. Assist in innovation project consulting and R&D strategic planning;
2. Promote international technology transfer;
3. Provide R&D and innovation training;
4. Conduct feasibility analysis of innovation projects;
5. Facilitate international R&D exchanges and cooperation. 

Through a joint application, Xi'an Inno and its Belgian partner Horston International  successfully launched the ENRICH Xi'an Office at the end of 2019. The establishment of ENRICH Xi'an Office will further increase the aggregation of EU innovation achievements to Xi'an and promote R&D cooperation between Xi'an enterprises and the EU innovation system. ENRICH Xi'an Office will fully leverage its advantages in connecting with high-end EU R&D resources to carry out a series of activities, including innovation achievement promotion, technology transfer, exchange visits, and enterprise soft landing services between Europe and Xi'an.
